Jose Mourinho has told friends to expect Paul Pogba to move to Manchester United this summer, according to the Daily Mail.

Reports have suggested Manchester United are willing to pay a record breaking £80m for the French midfielder, who’s currently playing in the European Championships.

Pogba, who left Man United 4 years ago on a free transfer after disputes over playing time, is also being considered by Real Madrid but Mourinho is confident of getting his man.

Manchester United have started the tranfer window with a sign of intent for next season, After signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Reports claim Mourinho wants Pogba as his big summer transfer signing, to give the red devils a greater ability to create and control games from midfield.

Mourinho is expected to face the media on Tuesday but it’s highly unlikely he’ll answer any questions relating to the Paul Pogba transfer rumours.

United legend, Ryan Giggs has gave his backing of Pogba, saying,

“He’s a talented player.

“He can shoot with both feet, pass the ball with both feet and you don’t realise how big he is.

“Physically he’s immense, he’s strong, he’s quick, and he’s got everything. He has got everything.”
