Robbie Neilson says he is determined to bring more success to Hearts after signing a new deal.
Neilson, who was appointed head coach in May 2014 after the departure of Gary Locke, has extended his stay at the club until at least 2017-18 alongside Stevie Crawford.
Neilson enjoyed a record-breaking first season in charge of the club when he guided Hearts to the Championship title with a record number of points.
They have continued to succeed expectations with the club sitting in the lofty position of third in the Scottish Premiership table and Neilson has his eye on more success with the Jambos.
He told the club’s official website: “Stevie and I are very happy to have extended our contracts. We are both young coaches with a lot to learn, and while we’ve enjoyed some real success, we want to deliver more for the supporters.”
