Rangers have tonight announced the signing of Kieran Dowell from Norwich City on a 3-year-deal.
The midfielder has signed a pre-contract with the Light Blues and will officially join up with Michael Beale’s men on July 1st.
In a statement published on Rangers official website Dowell said: “I’m buzzing and really glad to get it done early towards the end of the season.
The 25-year-old becomes Beale’s first summer recruit and he spoke of his excitement to join the Ibrox side, adding:
“I know a lot of Rangers fans and Scottish lads from my previous clubs, and they just speak so highly of Rangers – the intensity of it, the pressure of it – and that is a really good pressure as you are expected to win every game.
“There were so many positives for me to come here.”
