Inverness CT have received a boost ahead of the second half of the campaign with the news that Miles Storey has extended his stay in the Highlands until the end of the season.
Storey, on loan from Swindon Town, has been in impressive form for John Hughes’ men, scoring seven goals in 14 league games to help ICT into the top six.
There was some uncertainty surrounding the striker’s future at the club, with his short-term deal due to expire this month but the 22-year-old revealed on Twitter that a deal had been agreed to extend his stint at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.
He said: “Delighted to get everything done and continue with @ICTFC until the end of the season. Need a big second half to the season now.”
Storey is out of contract at the end of the season.
Inverness are in Scottish Cup action this weekend against Stirling Albion.
