Gordon Strachan has been forced to make a number of changes to his Scotland squad for the international double header against Italy and France.
With Hull involved in the Championship play-off final on May 28, Robert Snodgrass, Shaun Maloney and Andy Robertson have all pulled out of the squad to face Italy as has their goalkeeper Allan McGregor who is struggling with a back problem.
Sheffield Wednesday’s Barry Bannan, Hull’s opponents on Saturday, has also dropped out of the squad as has Dundee goalkeeper Scott Bain.
That means first-time call-ups for Swansea City full-back Stephen Kingsley and Hearts goalkeeper Jack Hamilton. Ross County’s Scott Fox and Derby midfielder Craig Bryson have also been called up.
Scotland face Italy on May 29 in the Ta’ Qali stadium and France in Metz on June 4.
