At 21 years old, he’s been touted as “one for the future” and even though Takuma Asano is expecting to be loaned out when he joins the Gunners, he’s excited about the prospect of joined the London club.
Takuma said on joining Arsenal, “I am glad that I can have a challenge overseas, which I have always wanted. I want to play aggressively. I want to score many goals on the pitch, performing with my quick moves and eagerness.”
Many Arsenal fans are frustrated that their rivals have snapped up Europe’s top players while Wenger once again focuses on youth. However, the talented youngster has a bright future with his pace and ability to find the back of the net.
