25 Feb Patrice Evra a cut above on his Premier League return
Patrice Evra may be thinking again about his return to Premier League football.
The 36-year-old made his West Ham debut against Liverpool on Saturday, ending a four-month wait for match action following his departure from Marseille.
And the former Manchester United and France defender was reminded about the physicality of the English game during the 4-1 defeat at Anfield.
Evra uploaded a picture to Twitter of his wounded leg, which required three stitches, with the caption: “Not a good result but I am very happy to be back in the @premierleague. I have missed this game and these tackles! #3stitches #ILoveThisGame.”
