"Let's just stop there, and let's not be ridiculous." Motherwell manager Alfred Johansson says the talk of a Celtic crisis has gone too far. Speaking before Motherwell v Celtic at Fir Park on Sunday, he points out that Celtic were top of the table and "looking like a million" a week or two before the international break, with everyone celebrating them.
Motherwell compare league data across different metrics, and Johansson says Celtic are "smashing almost all of them" in the Scottish Premiership. Losing a couple of games doesn't change the quality and talent in their squad: "they're a good team".

Sometimes I don't understand these things in football as well, right? So they're top of the table. It was like one, two weeks before the national team break, they were looking like a million, and everyone was celebrating them, right? And if you check now stats from the league, which we do, we compare data in different metrics and so on, they are smashing almost all of them in the Premiership. So just because losing a couple of games... I think the amount of quality that they have in their squad, the amount of talent, they're a good team. Let's just stop there, and let's not be ridiculous.
