Who does Martin O’Neill want to win Hearts vs. Rangers? | Hibernian 1-2 Celtic "We had to win today - really as simple as that" - Celtic manager Martin O'Neill on a hard-fought 1-2 win over 10-man Hibs at Easter Road, with Kelechi Iheanacho coming off the bench AGAIN to score the winner and move Celtic LEVEL with Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
But who does O'Neill want to win at Tynecastle on Monday when Hearts host Rangers in the title-race decider? "I genuinely don't know - maybe a draw."
O'Neill's logic: even with Celtic winning their remaining games, Hearts' superior goal difference means Celtic can't be guaranteed the title without a Hearts dropped result. After today's edgy win - and Iheanacho's latest off-the-bench impact - the Celtic manager admits the title is still out of his hands.
