🔥 Barry Ferguson: Furious & Ruthless
In a scathing post-match press conference, Rangers interim boss Barry Ferguson did not hold back. He slammed his players' mentality, questioned their desire, and said the performance was “miles off” what’s expected of a Rangers team.
🗣️ “I’m going to go back tonight and I’ll be raging. I don’t want to see anybody. It needs to hurt you.”
Ferguson confirmed that major changes are coming for Thursday’s Europa League clash with Athletic Club—not just in terms of personnel, but in playing style as well.
🧨 Key Quotes from Ferguson:
“This isn’t a Rangers team.”
“If you can’t get up for games like this, you shouldn’t be playing football.”
“Thursday night—there will be changes. I can tell you that right now.”
🍀 David Gray: Full of Praise for Hibs' Historic Win
For Hibernian, this was a milestone moment. The victory was their first league win at Ibrox since 2018 and caps off a stunning rise from bottom of the table to third place in just a few months.
🗣️ “The level of performance required—I got that from every player today. I’m delighted for the players. They fully deserve it.” — David Gray
The Easter Road side will now look to make it 17 games unbeaten when they take on Dundee next weekend—which would set an all-time club record.
