Purchases from the PLZ Soccer shop are covered by the refund policy published at shop.plzsoccer.com, which sets out the return window, the condition items must be in and who pays return postage.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in that policy.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, get in touch as soon as you can so we can arrange a replacement, return or refund.
