"He makes you feel better." How Derek McInnes turned Rangers around, while Celtic have gone the opposite way.
The panel give McInnes full credit: he got the board to back his recruitment, held his nerve through a wretched Europa League exit and a lot of flak, and now the pieces have clicked. Minsu Kim gave them creativity and width, a revitalised Gassama looks a different player, and the new signings have bought in. Two Old Firm wins later, Rangers believe again, they say, while Celtic have "fallen down a hole". Two points behind, the real test now is consistency against the likes of St Mirren, Kilmarnock, Dundee and St Johnstone before a trip to Tynecastle.
