Celtic fan and 'Celts for Change' activist Matt McGlone sums up how many supporters feel about the current Celtic board: "It's almost as if they don't like the fans, but they like their money." McGlone argues the club's attitude is to "gauge your money but not your opinion", and that a setup that's become anti-fan is where the real frustration lies, from fans who love the club but just want it run with ambition.

It's almost as if they don't like the fans, but they like their money. And the fans can feel that they've been used by that attitude, that "we'll gauge your money but not gauge your opinion". That's where the real frustrations come in just now, that the fans do love the club but they want the club to be successful. They don't want boycotts or discontent at games, because it does roll onto the park. You want to be positive rather than negative, but this current setup at Celtic seems to be anti-fan.
