'I don't see a reason why he wouldn't stay.' - As the pundits line up to say Martin O'Neill should walk away, Celtic legend Tom Boyd pushes back, backing the manager to stay on at Celtic. He knows O'Neill is 74, but points out he was winning a double for the club only last year, and sees no reason for any decision on his future right now.

Tom Boyd Interview Transcript:

Do you think the manager is going to stay?

I don't see a reason why he wouldn't. Um I know he's 74, but last year he was uh winning a double um for us. And so yeah, I well I can't read Martin's mind, but I I don't see at the moment why why there'll be any uh decision about that.
