‘I WANT THE JOB’ | Craig McLeish reacts to St Mirren survival - Craig McLeish makes his pitch for the St Mirren manager job after sealing Premiership survival in the playoff.
"I stepped up at that moment and said to him 'trust me with it' — and I'm glad he did. I've loved every minute of this. The club know my stance on it. Me and Keith will have conversations over the next few days. I feel so comfortable out there. There's a lot to build on." — Craig McLeish
The interim boss confirms his summer rebuild vision — recruitment, contract decisions, the injury-crippled season's lessons — and makes the case that he's the man to take St Mirren forward.
