'Celtic are the benchmark for what Rangers are trying to get to.' - With Rangers riding high after back-to-back Old Firm wins, Rangers legend Ian Durrant offers a note of caution: Celtic are still the standard, and there are plenty of tough games ahead, not least a trip to Tynecastle that has not been kind to Rangers in recent years. He does, though, credit a side that has come through an injury crisis, with Kelsey and Ryan Naderi "doing a man's job".
Ian Durrant Interview Transcript:
Celtic, they are the benchmark for what Rangers are trying to get to. So it's good just now but there's a lot of tough games ahead now you've got to Tynecastle which has not been really good for us the last few years and we've been to Aberdeen we've been to Celtic now massive games but a lot a lot of tough games and now a couple of weeks ago they had a few major injuries now they seem to get over that and the boys Kelsey and Naderi have turned up and they're doing a man's job.
