"It has to rank quite high." Motherwell manager Alfred Johansson reflects on one of the best nights of his managerial career after his side beat HJK Helsinki 2-0 at Fir Park to go through 3-1 on aggregate and into the next round of the Europa Conference League. Johansson praises the effort and belief of a squad still learning his style with barely any time to train between games, explains why he'll never treat a match as a burden, and looks ahead to Sunday's cup tie, with a charming go at the local pronunciation to finish.
