Is there any chance of change at Celtic? On The Journos, Peter Martin and Stephen McGowan say the answer is "emphatically no." After the Champions League play-off collapse against LASK, they argue Celtic's board will not show humility, will not improve communication with supporters and will not change strategy - and that majority shareholder Dermot Desmond will simply hand the club to his son rather than sell up. Eight failures in 10 Champions League play-offs, they say, should force a fundamental rethink, but the same change was promised last summer and never came.
WILL CELTIC'S BOARD CHANGE?
The panel say no - there is no sign the board will acknowledge the problem, improve communication or hand over control, with Dermot Desmond in charge and set to pass the club to his son.
WHY ARE CELTIC FANS FRUSTRATED?
Celtic have failed eight of their last ten Champions League play-offs. The board promised to improve the transfer strategy last summer, but spending more on a limited number of players still "feels like the same old, same old."
