Who was the star man in the hoops? Celtic beat LASK 3-0 at Celtic Park in the first leg of their Champions League qualifier. Benjamin Nygren opened the scoring with a superb instep finish, then Camilo Duran struck twice ("Duran Duran") to complete a 3-0 win for Martin O'Neill's side. A clean sheet and a three-goal cushion means Celtic travel to Austria for the second leg on the brink of the Champions League group stage.
WHO SCORED FOR CELTIC?
Nygren (1) and Camilo Duran (2). Nygren guided the opener past the goalkeeper with his instep; Duran added two technically brilliant finishes, the second lashed into the roof of the net. Young right-back Kobe Donovan and the Celtic number nine also earned praise for their work-rate.
WHAT DOES THE RESULT MEAN?
Celtic lead the tie 3-0 with the second leg to come in Austria next week. Win or hold on there and they reach the Champions League group stages. As our reaction says: brilliant, but it's not over yet.
