Rangers vs Celtic REACTION: Peter Martin and reporter Daniel MacLeod dissect a shock Old Firm result: Rangers 3-0 Celtic in the Premier Sports Cup quarter-final at Ibrox. Nobody saw it coming - Derek McInnes got his tactics spot on with a back three, Dan Neil ran the midfield, and Celtic were toothless with just one shot on target. The panel weigh the heavy questions now facing Martin O'Neill, the goalkeeper call that backfired, and the goals that settled it.
WHY WERE RANGERS SO GOOD - AND CELTIC SO POOR?
McInnes' side won every 1v1, controlled the midfield and took full advantage of a bouncing Ibrox. Celtic couldn't gain a foothold and managed only one shot on target - a worrying sign for a team with that much attacking talent.
WHAT'S GONE WRONG FOR MARTIN O'NEILL?
The selection calls under the microscope: Sam Johnstone starting over Viljami Sinisalo and looking shaky, Tounekti in ahead of Haissem Hassan, and a back line that's been exposed all season. O'Neill on learning the lessons before a European tie and the return Old Firm at Parkhead.
THE GOALS AND THE SEMI-FINAL DRAW
The captain's brace - including a sublime second - and Kevin Kelsy's first Rangers goal since his big-money move. Plus the semi-final draw: Rangers face Aberdeen, and there's an Edinburgh derby at Hampden.
