Bottom side Airdrie are still searching for they first win of the season after two second-half goals sent them to a 2-1 defeat away to Partick Thistle in the Scottish Championship.
Midfielder Cole McKinnon gave Danny Lennon’s side the perfect start as he crashed the ball into the corner of the net from 20 yards after the hosts failed to clear a corner.
And they looked set to move up the table until 13 minutes from time when Partick hit back, first through a far-post header from central defender Daniel O’Reilly, who was left unmarked at a corner.
They wrapped up the win five minutes later, Alex Samuel prodding home at the second attempt after his initial shot had been blocked.
