Dunfermline held Scottish Championship leaders St Johnstone to a 2-2 draw thanks to a stoppage-time equaliser from Andy Tod.
The Pars took an eighth-minute lead through Barney Stewart however Reece McAlear levelled for the visitors from a free-kick in the 30th minute.
Liam Smith gave the Saints the advantage in the 66th minute but a late deflected effort from Tod kept Dunfermline in the play-off places.
Morton ended their four-match winless run with a 1-0 victory at home to third-placed Arbroath.
Kris Moore’s acrobatic effort after 31 minutes was enough to clinch victory.
A Josh Fowler brace secured Queen’s Park their first victory since September as they won 2-1 at home to Raith Rovers.
Fowler gave the hosts the lead after 13 minutes but it was soon cancelled out by a Darragh O’Connor equaliser.
But Fowler clinched a long-awaited win in the 78th minute with his second of the game.
Ross County and Ayr shared the points in a thrilling 3-3 draw at the Global Energy Stadium.
Ethan Walker scored the opener for Ayr in the 23rd minute before quick-fire goals from Ronan Hale and Jordan White turned the game around as the home side led at half-time.
Soon after the break, White scored his second of the afternoon to make it 3-1.
But Scott McMann’s finish in the 66th minute was followed by Curtis Main’s volley five minutes later to earn Ayr a point.
