Gianluigi Donnarumma was the penalty shootout hero as Paris St Germain dumped Liverpool out of the Champions League in a tense last-16 clash at Anfield.

The Premier League leaders held a 1-0 lead from the first leg but were pegged back when the in-form Ousmane Dembele showed a determined streak to finish from close range in the 12th minute.

Donnarumma made important saves to keep it that way but came into his own in the as the tie was decided from the spot. He saved from Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones, while his team-mates recorded a perfect record of four from four.
