Chelsea have revealed what their kit will look like ahead of next season.
Eden Hazard, who has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, helped launch the new kit alongside academy graduate Ruben Loftus-Cheek at a live Q&A on Facebook.
