Falkirk face Highland League opposition after the draw was made for the Scottish Cup third round.
Last year’s Scottish Cup runners-up will host the winner between Fraserburgh and Turriff United at the Falkirk Stadium on November 28.
The Bairns will hope to go one better this season after defeat to Inverness CT in the final and emulate the side of 1957 which beat Kilmarnock 2-1.
Elsewhere in the draw there’s an all-championship clash between Dumbarton and Alloa, a top of the table encounter from League One between Ayr United and Dunfermline, and spare a thought for Buckie Thistle supporters who face a 600 mile-round trip down to Stranraer.
There’s guaranteed to be non-league representatives in the fourth round when the big hitters come in as Formatine United face either Fort William/Cove Rangers, while Linlithgow Rose visit either Nairn County/Wick Academy.
