Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic will be out of action for the next few weeks after suffering a broken collarbone in the 4-0 victory over Stuttgart on Saturday.

The 20-year-old was forced off in the eighth minute at the Allianz Arena after falling on his shoulder when contesting a header and was replaced by Joao Palhinha.

The Bundesliga leaders went on to win the match in convincing fashion thanks to Harry Kane’s third hat-trick of the season and Kingsley Coman’s late effort.

Bayern confirmed on Sunday that the Germany international underwent surgery to repair his collarbone.

Bayern said on X: “Pavlovic underwent a successful operation on Sunday morning. Get well soon, Aleks!”

Pavlovic said on Instagram: “Thank you for your kind messages. Surgery went well. Now I give everything to get back on the spot as soon as possible. I will come back stronger.”
