Livingston strolled the first 25 minutes after Stephen Kelly o n his 24th birthday netted 2 goals to give his side the advantage.

The opener came as Kelly noticed that Craig Gordon was off his line and managed o lob the Hearts keeper perfectly t give his side an early lead.

His second came as Frankie Kent’s clearance found the feet of Kelly and once again the youngster beat Gordon this time on his right hand side.

Hearts then clicked into gear as Jorge Grant pulled on back for his side from close range.

Not long after, Lawrence SHnkalnd’s cross looked certain to hit the back of the net but Yatao Oda was ready and waiting and ensured his side found the equaliser.

As the first half went on Hearts worked thier way through the gears, as Cammy Devlin got the third of the afternoon for the hosts and his third of the season overall.

In added time, Hearts were awarded a penalty, interestingly, Jorge Grant who has been the the man to hit from the spot in recent times, hands the ball to Lawrence Shankland who extended Hearts led going into the break.

Into the second half Hearts had chances to further their already existing lead but Shamal George being the man preventing them from doing so.
Hearts take maximum points meaning David Martindale’s side remain adrift at the bottom of the Premiership table.
